Cosmetics born from the earth and tradition
Ethnobotany studies how our grandmothers cared for their health and beauty with plants, wine, oil, and honey. In this course, we recover this ancestral knowledge and apply it to the development of effective, sensorial cosmetics deeply rooted in Castilla-La Mancha.
You'll learn to create your own natural products using local raw materials, promoting sustainability, a local economy, and respect for traditional knowledge.

Course Content
- Practice 1. Repairing Lip Balm: With beeswax, local honey, and olive oil. Moisturizes, repairs, and protects.
- Practice 2: Ointment for tired legs. With olive oil, rosemary maceration, mint, and lavender. Refreshing, soothing, and boosts circulation.
- Practice 3: Natural solid perfume with aromas from Castilla-La Mancha. Contains essential oils of lavender, thyme, and sage, among others. An authentic, soft, and long-lasting scent.
- Practice 4: Tomelloso Wine Hand Cream: With red wine, almond oil, and rosemary extract. Nourishes, softens, and regenerates.
All of this with educational content (recipe book) and tips to easily replicate everything at home.
