How should I buy at La Marihuela?
Buying at www.lamarihuela.es is very simple. Just follow these steps:
- Choose the category and subcategory where the product(s) you wish to purchase are located.
- View the product(s) you're interested in. Click on the photo to enlarge it; some products have multiple photos. You can also see their description, reference number, and price.
- Select a product, the number of units, and add it to your cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or process your order.
- If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process. If you want to place an order, click the "Place Order" button to begin the checkout process.
- Enter all the requested information, including your shipping and billing addresses, and make sure they are correct.
- Select a payment method: Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. The latter is only possible if the transfer is made within Spain; otherwise, this payment method cannot be selected.
- Confirm the order and proceed to payment.
- You will receive an email confirming your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?
If you live on the peninsula, the delivery period is 72 hours (working days) from the date the order is sent.
For destinations such as the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, consult hola@lamarihuela.es
How much is the shipping?
Shipping costs 5,90 euros, being free for purchases over 55 euros in Spain, except in the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.
In the Balearic Islands it costs 7,90 euros, being free for purchases over 55 euros.
In the Canary Islands it costs 30 euros. For purchases over 200 euros, contact us at hola@lamarihuela.es .
Do you manufacture custom products?
At La Marihuela we manufacture products for third parties. Whether you have your own formulation, or if you want us to develop a product from scratch, contact us at hola@lamarihuela.es , we will be happy to assist you.
How can I reserve my place on the courses?

How I can make sure I made my purchase?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, contact hola@lamarihuela.es
Can I remove an item from my order?
Yes. From the shopping cart you can remove the items you do not want as long as you have not processed the order.
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
Always notify the transport agency within 24 hours or hola@lamarihuela.es . If it is a digital product, you must write an email to hola@lamarihuela.es within a period of no more than one week from receipt of the product.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered, contact hola@lamarihuela.es
In some cases, due to technical impossibility, La Marihuela reserves the right that the images shown in its products do not correspond to reality (for example, modification of the container or label, or differences between the photograph and the product due to artisanal products, since they are all different).

What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?
We have the following means of payment: Credit card, Bizum, Paypal and Bank Transfer. The latter will only be possible if it is a national transfer within the Spanish State, otherwise you will not be able to opt for this payment method.
For what reason can my credit card be rejected?
Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:
- The card could be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
- The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
- Some data entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?
Yes, the data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. The payment system will be made through the secure payment gateway.
Where I can get my order?
You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, etc.) as the shipping address for your order or you can choose one of the local collection points available at the time.
How can I find out where my order is?
We will send you a tracking number to your email, if you do not receive it, you can contact our Customer Service department hola@lamarihuela.es
What should I do to give the item back?
To request a return you must write an email to hola@lamarihuela.es specifying the order number (which you will find in the order confirmation email) explaining the reason for the return.
If it is for justified cause, we will send a carrier in the following 24 hours or the period that you indicate.
The cost of returning without just cause must be assumed by the user.
What is the deadline to make a return?
For any return, you have a period of fourteen days from the completion of the order.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
The return expense at www.lamarihuela.es without justified cause must be assumed by the user.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved and the item is received and reviewed, you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made your purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and not have been opened or tampered with) you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account (in the same payment method you used to pay) within a period of time of 72 hours.

La Marihuela reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
