Professional mold for the production, manual or with a press, of solid shampoo or bath bombs. It consists of three parts: a base, a hollow cylinder, and a plunger that fits into the cylinder.

The mold is designed with a 0.5 mm diameter gap to be able to use non-stick film and to avoid friction between the pieces. This technique is used so that the mixture does not adhere to the mold and the process is easier. The adherence or not of the mixture depends on the formulation, production process and humidity of the mixture.

It is available in three different sizes with the option to customize it with your logo. If you want other options, please contact us.

The compression cylinder is 5 centimeters in all sizes.

If you select the personalized option, we will contact you once we have received the order to request the personalization image. The image must be in black and white and a minimum size of 5 cm x 5 cm and with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

Steps to follow in making shampoo or soap:

Place the hollow cylinder on the base.
Deposit the desired mixture inside the cylinder. Depending on the amount you put the pill will be of one thickness or another. The minimum height of the tablet is 1 cm.
Insert the plunger and press down with your hands or a vise until the mixture is compact.
Unmold the tablet by pushing the plunger up.

Made with PLA (polylactic acid) filament is obtained from raw materials from nature, such as corn starch, with which we obtain an ecological, renewable and biodegradable plastic material under certain conditions of temperature and humidity.

We recommend not subjecting this product to high temperatures that may deform it. This mold is not dishwasher safe.

This product is designed and manufactured to order by La Marihuela, so we can customize it in size, design or logo printing.

No returns are allowed, because it is made to order, unless it is a manufacturing defect. All molds are tested before shipment to the customer.
